ABOUT PROJECT
My City Care (MCC ) is a digital health platform in the form of an app which makes healthcare available at fingertips. The users can look for help from healthcare professionals in an emergency or difficult situation especially in the city where most people are too busy to offer help. The service providers could be healthcare professionals or laymen who have been trained and equipped with basic first aid knowledge.
The users can search for health information on the platform. They could also consult the healthcare professionals online and book for offline consultations if they wish. This platform can also keep tracks of patients’ general health status and allow secured storage and trending of personal health parameters. This platform allows the healthcare professionals to gain exposure for their services and products which helps with brand awareness.
Another part of this platform is to allow someone who has been trained in first aid to offer help in an emergency to the users who ask for help through the app.
The internet technology has made many things possible. Like it or not, this trend is something we can’t ignore. Artificial intelligence is fast emerging as the next technology that may change some form of healthcare delivery. Our team endeavors to make healthcare more accessible online and be the leader in ASEAN countries.

Why are we joining Dream Factory start up competition?
The reason we join Dream Factory start up competition is meeting successful business coaches and looking for resources. We would like to develop an app to materialize the concept of making healthcare more accessible online. The first stage of this competition is to fund-raise RM 8000 to progress to the next stage. The extra fund we get thereafter will be used for project development.
The minimum amount you can support is RM 10, this may not be a significant figure for many people but it represents a form of support like injecting a dose of adrenaline to motivate us. There is no upper limit to the amount you can support, we hereby sincerely ask you to help us to the best of your ability so we can achieve what we endeavor to deliver faster.
